04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

btd55 supports payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh for safe and fast financial transactions.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The payment method you use when making a deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted, and if such a transaction is identified, it may be returned or the account may be placed under investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

btd55 reserves the right to ensure that identity verification (KYC) is complete before processing a withdrawal request. Winnings earned from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at btd55 are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Examples of bonus received:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total Balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total Balance ৳15,000 (bonus reaches maximum limit)

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus). For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after placing ৳30,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific validity period and conditions.
• A person may claim a welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another player.
• btd55 reserves the right to make changes to the bonus program at any time.
• Wagering requirements will be met by placing bets on specific games as per the offer's terms and conditions.

06 VIP Program & Cashback

btd55's VIP program has four tiers. Advancement to each tier depends on the player's overall activity and participation:

Cashback is calculated each week based on the player's net losses and credited to the account within a set timeframe. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.

07 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

btd55 is committed to ensuring fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

7.1 General Prohibited Activities

• Any form of manipulation, fraud, or deception.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts for the purpose of collecting bonuses.
• Use of computer scripts, bots, or automation software.
• Exploiting any bug or technical error in the game software without reporting it.
• Collusion or coordinated arrangements with other players.

7.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, btd55 may suspend or permanently close the account and confiscate deposited funds without notice. If necessary, the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
